I was searching for a different solution for the value of the stamps and came up with placing the numbers on the outside of the stamps. The lines are formed by the capitals of the dutch provinces, capitals of Europe (excluding The Netherlands) and the capitals of World (excluding Europe). And centered to the middle point of The Netherlands, Europe and the worlds suface of land.
